Francisco Sandoval
President
Francisco Sandoval has been dedicated to the framing industry since 2001, building a career defined by hard work, leadership, and integrity. He began as a laborer and quickly advanced through the ranks—working as a framer, field foreman, and ultimately a supervisor overseeing teams of more than 80 framers. His experience spans high-volume tract housing as well as custom home construction, where precision and attention to detail are essential.
In 2019, Francisco founded F1 Framing LLC, carrying forward the values he learned early on from some of the Central Valley’s most respected framing professionals—craftsmanship done the right way, with quality as the foundation. Known for his strong leadership, high standards, and commitment to excellence, Francisco has built a reputation for delivering projects with professionalism and integrity.
Eber Saldivar
Manager
Eber Saldivar supports pre-construction and estimating at F1 Framing LLC, drawing on a family background in construction. He works closely with Francisco and the production team to provide accurate estimates and clear project plans, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with budgets.
Ana Munoz
Office Manager
Ana Munoz provides administrative, payroll support, and much more to the F1 Framing team. She has over 17 years of experience working as an Office Manager. Anna helps F1 Framing succeed by helping to maintain quality service and business relationships.
